LiveConnectPro is operated by HFGlobal Ltd. This explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
While the desktop app is connected, we record events from your live chat: gifts, follows, likes, shares and messages, along with the viewer name attached to each. This is what makes your alerts fire and your analytics work.
Sounds, clips and images you upload are stored so your overlays can use them.
Account details are kept while your account exists. Stream history is kept so your analytics work, and you can clear it yourself at any time from the Reset page inside the app — that choice is separate from resetting your setup, so clearing one does not clear the other.
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Deleting your account removes your settings, uploads and stream history.
We use one cookie, to keep you signed in. There is no advertising or tracking cookie on this site or in the app.
