Before you publish: this is a working draft covering how the service actually operates. It is not legal advice, and it should be reviewed by a solicitor before you take payments — particularly the sections on data, refunds and liability.

Try before you pay

The free plan is not a trial and does not expire. Every feature except Connect is available on it, so you can see whether LiveConnectPro suits your stream before spending anything. We would rather you did that than pay and ask for it back.

Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have 14 days from starting a subscription to change your mind. Because the service is available immediately, that right is reduced once you have started using it, but see below.

Our policy

Within 14 days: if the service has not worked for you, contact us and we will refund your first payment.
After 14 days: we do not usually refund part-months, but cancel at any time and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
If something is broken: if a fault on our side stopped you using what you paid for, tell us. We will put it right or refund the affected period.

How to ask

Contact us with the email address on your account and a short description of the problem. If it is a technical fault, the connection test inside the app produces a report that helps us see what happened.

Cancelling

You can cancel from your account page at any time. Your setup is not deleted — you move to the free plan and keep everything you have built.
