Terms of Service

Before you publish: this is a working draft covering how the service actually operates. It is not legal advice, and it should be reviewed by a solicitor before you take payments — particularly the sections on data, refunds and liability.

These terms cover your use of LiveConnectPro, operated by HFGlobal Ltd. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country, and old enough to use the streaming platform you connect.
You are responsible for keeping your password and licence key private.
Your licence key is for your own use. Sharing it lets others send events to your overlays.

Plans and payment

The free plan is free, with limits described on the pricing page.
Paid plans are billed in advance each month and renew until cancelled.
Prices may change. We will tell you before a change affects what you pay.
If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, then move to the free plan.
Moving to a lower plan does not delete anything you have made. You keep it, and simply cannot add more while over the limit.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use LiveConnectPro to:

Break the law, or the rules of the platform you are streaming on.
Show content that is illegal, harassing, or harmful to others.
Attempt to access another user's account or data.
Overload, probe or interfere with the service.

We may suspend an account that does any of these.

Things outside our control

LiveConnectPro depends on the streaming platform you connect to. If that platform changes how it works, or is unavailable, parts of the service may stop working until we can adapt. We will not always be able to prevent that or fix it quickly.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Maintenance, faults and third-party outages happen.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost income, lost viewers, or other indirect losses arising from using or being unable to use the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending your account

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may end an account that breaks these terms, and will normally give notice unless the breach is serious.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to the email on your account before they take effect.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
